Being that we are an OEM contract supplier to the industry for over 30 years our products are extremely weight conscious as well as structurally sound. Naturally they need to be. We do not build with over weighted materials that have to be welded and finished to look "good enough". Our finish is factory and very consistent. All products go through a very rigorous quality control before being signed off on and shipped.
How do I order?
Ordering is simple. After we review drawings or specification, we send your a price quote. Upon your approval of the price quote we send you an invoice to pay from. Once payment is made, production begins.
What is normal production lead time?
Typical lead time is 2-3 weeks depending on production schedule. We usually work with you on your required dates and are ALWAYS on time. We also offer faster lead times depending on your needs.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept company check, all major credit or debit cards, PayPal or bank wire transfer.
Do you accept credit terms?
No. All of our orders are pre-paid due to the custom nature of each piece. Payment must be made in full prior to production.
Is expedited service available.
Yes. We work with many AOG situations and 2-3 day expedited service is not a problem. We also offer overnight if required. Additional costs apply.
How do you ship items?
We pride ourselves in our packaging and shipping using only the best materials and standards. We use FedEx and UPS or any carrier of your choice.
What type of documentation do you provide?
Being a contract supplier we provide FAIRs, Certificate of Compliance as well as material MTRs for each order when required or upon request.
What type of material do you use?
ALL of our materials are hand selected and sourced and originate from the USA, right down to the boxes we ship them in.
